Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The typical process is to first assess any knowledge the student may already have of CPR. Next, we determine why the student would like to be CPR Certified. Then, we establish what specific demographic the student would like to serve (adult or pediatric), if not both.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed by the American Red Cross to certify others in CPR. I also am licensed to teach by the State of Georgia with over 15 years of experience. I have a bachelor's, master's and specialist's degrees.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
There are 3 tiers: (traditional & hybrid courses)
Adult CPR/AED $49.99
Adult & Pediatric CPR/AED $69.99
Adult & Pediatric $69.99
How did you get started teaching?
I always wanted to teach since in High School. I realized that a lot of students in my home town were so far behind. I noticed that same trend when I came to Atlanta for college. I wanted to change that.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with students from all ages and walks of life.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I always reccomend to see if the teacher has your best interest at heart.
