A Day With Jay

A day with Jay is all about getting 1% better each visit I thrive on being the best trainer for you when you trust me it’s never about the money with me I just want to be able to see your game improve with me being your trainer I evaluate you and give honest opinions about where we have to work it won’t be easy but it’ll all pay off in the end. I am an ex collegiate athlete I’ve also been a high school coach for women’s basketball and a trainer for men and women’s basketball. I’ve personally sent 10 of my athletes on to college careers and they are thriving pretty well. A day with Jay is solely for the kids and the love for the game.
