Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently, I have been fond of not only coaching young men at the college level, but to go home after a practice or game and turn on the television and see my former players playing on TV. In addition, I'm fond when I check social media or my emails and see my former players highlight film who are playing professionally overseas or here in the states. I am truly blessed and know that I am living on purpose. It's extremely special when all my players consistently call me or help me out with special events. Again, I'm truly blessed.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I think it's important for clients to hire a professional who has excellent communication skills, and one who can relate to their personal situation. A teacher who just don't see you as a client, but one who is also invested in your future. It's also important to select someone who understand your current level and where you are trying to take your career and not just see you as a paid client.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Who have you trained or coached and what was their outcomes, and what is their currently relationship.
another question is after you have been developed by your teacher, does he or she have the contacts and relationships to promote, help, guide and assist you and your family with college and/or professional decisions.
