Small group, big energy! With just one coach and six players, today’s basketball training was high intensity and super focused. The coach pushed us hard, and the smaller group meant more individual attention and non-stop action. From intense 1-on-1 drills to fast-paced 3v3 scrimmages, everyone had to step up. The best part? It was so engaging and fun that we didn’t even notice how much we were sweating! This is how you level up!
