Zoom Level 1 (9-11) MWF @530pm
Zoom Level 2 (12-14) MWF @630pm
Zoom Level 3 (14+) MWF @430pm
All sessions are 1hr
All Levels are $160/monthly
All sessions are use or lose
Private Training is Available upon requesting based on Trainer Availability. (Prices do Vary)
2 sessions/week = 8 sessions/month $350
3 sessions/week = 12 sessions/month $425
4 sessions/week = 16 sessions/month $500
All private sessions are 1hr
All sessions must be used within 45 days of package purchase
Team / Private Group Training
Must have at least 6 athletes to book:
6-9 athletes $18/athlete
10-15 athletes $15/athlete
16+ athletes $12/athlete
All Team/Private Group Training are booked by Coach of team and paid thru team Coach or Organization representative. We require a minimum of 4 sessions for booking as we’d like to give the athletes the best opportunity for success through our training.
Family Plan Pricing: First Athlete per family pays full price and each additional athlete is half price for same amount of sessions. If you desire Private training for one or more of your athletes you’ll receive a 15% off total price.
Octane Pricing: Any athlete on an Octane Baseball or Softball Team will pay $135/month

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
-All of our athletes are first physically and athletically assessed thru our Athletic Performance Testing, which is used as a base for their Athletic Development to build from.
-Each of our Athletes are placed on a Performance Level based off age and athletic performance assessment.
-Once this is complete we can properly build the Athletic Program which best helps your athlete reached their Performance Potential
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Certified Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor with AAAI/ISMA
-Over 20 years experience in Fitness/Athletic Performance Industry
-10 years as Owner of H2 POWER FITNESS
-Trained with Pro, Collegiate, High School, Middle School Levels

How did you get started teaching?
I WAS A PERSONAL TRAINER ALREADY AND BEGAN USING MY SKILL SET AND EXPERIENCE TO HELP MY SONS FOOTBALL TEAM.
What types of students have you worked with?
WE HAVE WORKED WITH ALL LEVELS OF ATHLETES FRO PRO LEVELS TO ELEMENTARY ATHLETES. WE EVEN HAVE SOME SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINERS EXPERIENCED IN THE SKILL SET IF THAT SPORT. BASKETBALL, BASEBALL,TRACK, FOOTBALL, SOFTBALL AND MORE.

- CHECK OUT THEIR CREDENTIALS
- MAKE SURE THEY ARE THE COACH/TRAINER FOR YOU, NOT ALL ATHLETES RESPOND OR PERFORM WELL WITH CERTAIN ATTITUDES AND ENERGIES OF SOME INSTRUCTORS
-YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR TRAINING AND SEE RESULTS
