For the past 10 years, Pam and Larry Smith have taught art classes and workshops. They offer oil-painting classes with two gifted teachers. They average filling up 200 teaching slots a year. Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall classes are held at 2 Smith Art Gallery in historic downtown Duluth, Ga. Morning, afternoon and evening classes are offered. Each weekly class, is three hours for six consecutive weeks.
Helping others gain confidence in their painting skills, and seeing them do amazing paintings in a short amount of time.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
One-on-one, in class demos and group teaching. 90% of our students are new to oil painting. Two teachers work with beginners and experienced artists. This gives each student a lot of interaction with a teacher.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graphic Design Degree from Auburn University.
