INTRODUCTION: Self-Learning Tennis Academy ("SLT Academy") presents Tennis Coaching by Hamed, with 25+ years of experience playing USTA Leagues/Tournaments and Tennis Clubs Leagues. With over 20 years of tennis coaching experience, Hamed has offered Private One-on-One, Semi-Private and Group Lessons at all levels [i.e., Pre-Beginner (No Experience), Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced].

OBJECTIVES:

- Ensure students receive thorough training via lessons, tips and structured practice-drills, that would empower them with proper know-how to succeed in their set goals.

- Ensure students learn necessary knowledge, skills, techniques, game-styles, match-playing strategies and mobility/agility aspects, to achieve significant improvement in their overall performance and develop interests in further learning/improving their game.

- Ensure students receive friendly, pleasurable and value-added training experience, that would guide their future development via definition of newer & more challenging goals.

    My first lesson with Hamed was great. We worked primarily on my weaknesses: short ball put-a-ways, overhead smash and backhand slice. He gave me good advice and put me through many repetitions. I think I made great improvements in just one session.

    I took Tennis Intermediate/Advanced Level Classes at SLT Academy on improving my serves (first, second), ground strokes and game effectiveness. Hamid did quite a decent job of streamlining my first/second serves & greatly helped me improvise on the postures, timing & progression. Also, I highly value Hamid’s industrious practice drills on improving game styles and match-playing strategies, as its deployment has already fetched me more wins. Hamid’s result-based coaching, detail-oriented mentoring, candid responses for corrections, coupled with his innumerable tips/recommendations, had yielded my better gaming form & match-playing performance.

    I took Tennis Ground Strokes Rally Drills on Forehand & Backhand Intermediate Level Classes at SLT Academy to improve my game. Hamid’s mentoring on shot preparation, movement towards the ball, foot stances & transitions, swing timing & progression, varied swing planes/actions - drastically have redefined my ground strokes strengths.
    Also, I received several tips/recommendations on improving my game-styles to effectively enhance match-playing strategies. Hamid’s detailed coaching plan enriched with results-oriented approaches & constructive feedbacks had surely bettered my game & match-playing performance.

    SLT Academy is unique and gives you really great training and knowledge. As I’m in my early fifties and was skeptical about my adaptation to this sport. Hamid introduced me to the Drills on Mobility/Agility & Tennis Conditioning as well as Tennis Basics Classes. He did a wonderful job of walking me through those physically engaging sessions that implicitly deployed 80/20 tennis rule & ergonomically improved my health condition. Obtaining positive outcomes from such exhilarating activities have further intrigued more tennis interests. I really recommend SLT Academy as a good tennis training avenue for all ages.
