About

My approach to teaching the art of hitting is to make each individual client gain an understand of how their body works. Though specific rules and fundamentals must be followed, hitting is still very individual.

Seeing the reaction of the clients when they begin to get results. Making them feel empowered and in control of their destiny.

Frequently asked questions

First a quick analysis is done on each client.  He or she is given some tasks to perform (Tee work or front toss) and observed.  Thereafter, a conversation occurs discussing client's bio-mechanical flaws identified and how to address them. My philisophy of hitting (approach, mind set etc) is explained at this time or before the anaysis.  Then the process of breaking down the clients swing pattern through making specific adjustments begins to happen.  I follow a specific order of drills (Tee - front toss - live) in instructing the client.

2) Player introduction (team, position, area(s) needing improvement etc)

3) Explain expectations, goals, and training approach.

4) Do an assesment to check players skill set

5) Address areas of concern through drills etc

6) Test new adjustments

When I entered the coaching arena around 2012.

I worked with kids from age 6 years of age to young professional players.

Through my 501(3) c organization, Full Circle Performance Inc just put on a baseball tournament down in St.Thomas, USVI (Dec 15 -18) which included teams from the Dominican Rebuplic, Tortola, and 2 local teams (college and local players).

Select an instructor that focuses on the clients individual needs rather than a cookie cutter style trainer.
