    As a player you need a trainer that will work with you improve your technique, teach you new skills, and challenge you. Bring a towel, a dry shirt, and be ready to put in that work. Training is hard, but I see the change in my game. I see the progress that I have made in just a few weeks. I currently work out 3 x /wk with Coach BJ . He works around my high school basketball conditioning schedule. Thanks Coach for the encouragement at each session. #nodaysoff #offseasontraining

    BJ will help your player step their game up. A player having confidence, knowing how to be aggressive, and understanding the game is important. Brent Jennings is a awesome trainer and he gives them the tools to be successful. In just a few sessions my son has learned so much. He will continue the process and be ready for high school tryouts.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First I like to evaluate each players skills level. I give each player a review of my assessment. I then build on the clients strengths while strengthening there weaknesses 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I played 8 years of Professional Basketball between The NBA D-League, Canada, & Asia. I’ve worked with kids in all three countries on the development of their basketball skills as well as personal development.
