What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first step is to assess the player's current skill level. Then, I start with the fundamentals and progress to the advanced skills at an appropriate pace, and teach all relevant skills including ballhandling, defense, passing, shooting, and post game. I also incorporate fitness into every session making sure you have the conditioning to play with energy and effort, the coordination to learn skills, and the strength speed and power to give you an athletic edge over the competition.
