Tom Mace is a professional wildlife photographer who owns Tripod Travelers. His business offers trips to Afica, North America, Alaska and More. He currently resides in Kennesaw, GA and is looking to share his skills with you.
Tom has been professionally photographing for a decade and has been in business since 2016. He has sold many prints, won awards but his passion is teaching wildlife and nature photography. He has a simplified approach and has taught hundreds of clients across multiple camera brands.
If you are shooting a digital or mirrorless camera for the first time, or you are a hobbist who is ready to take their photography to the next level, then Tom can help. He will will work with you on the basics of photography as well as solving the mysteries around, Shutter Speed, Aperture, ISO, Histogram, Shooting Modes, Metering, Raw vs. Jpeg, Low lighting, Shooting Techniques and much more.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Process for working with a new student:
- Initial phone call to reivew needs 15mins
- Set up location to shoot
- Meet at location
- 1 hour review of camera and settings
- 2-3 hours shooting and instruction
- 30 minutes reviewing shots in camera, give key take aways for photographer to work on.
Post Processing can be added for an additional charge.
- All Day Events are Avaiable
- Multi Day Events or Groups Classes are Available.
