About
I do a Sacred Space Yoga dedicated to creating sacred space within by proper breathing and sacred movement. It is a very meditative form of yoga. I stand out by offering these classes outside once a month in a Sacred Location. I believe in all we do, we should at least attempt to Make it SACRED.
I enjoy the energy levels that drive me naturally now instead of coffee induced energy. I enjoy assisting others with reaching flexibility or meditation goals. I enjoy headstand and meditations that leave you tingly all over. I enjoy the healing taking place in my body.
