About this pro

I do a Sacred Space Yoga dedicated to creating sacred space within by proper breathing and sacred movement. It is a very meditative form of yoga. I stand out by offering these classes outside once a month in a Sacred Location. I believe in all we do, we should at least attempt to Make it SACRED.

I enjoy the energy levels that drive me naturally now instead of coffee induced energy. I enjoy assisting others with reaching flexibility or meditation goals. I enjoy  headstand and meditations that leave you tingly all over. I enjoy  the healing taking place in my body.

Basu Blaksis Nefertem instructed me through yoga posture but I really felt like she was giving me the tools to make it through life. I appreciate her energy and the time she gave me!!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First, we have a conversation to assess student needs. Then, we decide if private lessons or group lessons are best for what students want to accomplish. I am very flexible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been practicing various forms of yoga for over 15 years. I recently decided to get certified in November 2017.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

My pricing for group classes are $20. For private lessons at your home or in studio are $40.

How did you get started teaching?

I have been in love with yoga for many years. A good friend of mines suggested I get certified and it was the best decision I have ever made.

What types of students have you worked with?

All ages and flexibility. We focus more on breath and being in rhythm.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Organic Fest 2019 hosted by H.A.B.E.S.H.A. Bazaar Nior: Melanated Chakras

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Find someone you resonate with. Check to see how dependable they are. Be sure you are comfortable with the pace and complexity of the class.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What am I able to do on my own?

How much time do I have to dedicate to this?

What is my ultimate health goal?
