What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We believe that personal defense and safe firearm handling are two critical skills. All of our student get classroom training on the concepts of firearms for self-defense and range time under supervison to establish safe handling and proper position and grip.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Instructors vary in experience, from NRA Firearms Instructors to military and police experience. The key is that they have the knowledge how to CONVEY safety, usage, and personal protection concepts to students. We assume nothing, and welcome those with zero experience. For those who want to improve their existing skills, we have proven methods to optimize your stance, position, grip and presentation.

Our pricing varies based on the Instructor, class contents, location of training, and number of students.
How did you get started teaching?
The Founder of GGT is a long-time shooter who has a passion for teachning. As a Range Safty Officer and Event Manager at a large, local range, he gained the pleasure of working with people and seeing their target groups shrink in size, using a standardized set of techniques that are easy to learn.
What types of students have you worked with?
We work with everyone from first-time gun owners who have never shot a round, to experienced shooters looking to get skills analsysis and suggestions.
