About this pro

I am a fine artist and illustrator, and I love working with many different mediums! I am a senior at Savannah College of Art and Design and I love teaching art to people. I have won many awards for my art including national awards and have art hanging up in restaurants and galleries. While I can work in a variety of traditonal mediums I also enjoy exploring non traditional mediums like painting with condiments/food/ect. I am willing to teach traditional techniques as well as non traditonal.

I enjoy the creative process. I think it's so much fun because you can really make anything happen as long as you are creative enough.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The first lesson I will get to know you a little bit. See what level you are at, ask where you would like to be by the end of the lessons, and then create a plan to make it happen.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am currently a senior at Savannah College of Art and Design.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I usually charge around 45-60 per hour depending on if I have to drive to the person or if the person is coming to my studio. Art supplies are not included in the pricing. I will bring my own supplies to help aid you but you will also need to buy supplies for yourself.

How did you get started teaching?

I started working at a private art lessons place.

What types of students have you worked with?

Children 6+ to adults. I can also work with some special needs children and adults.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What level would I like to be at towards the end of our lessons?

What mediums do I want to try?

What type of art/subjects do I wish to try?
