About

I have 10 years of coaching/training baseball and softball experience. I've had the pleasure to be an assistant coach at the college level as well as coaching travel teams. I am training baseball and softball players of all ages from 8 to adults. I specialize in hitting, pitching, fielding and physical conditioning. I have worked a many baseball camps here in Florida including VR Baseball Summer Camps 2015 and 2017 with Montverde Academy Baseball Coach Victor Rivera and also in Puerto Rico I worked with former MLB Baseball Pitcher Juan Padilla in his Pro-Dream Baseball Camp in 2007. Member or Select 30 Task Force in the Select 30 Baseball Championship Tournament at the ESPN World Wide Sports Complex at Disney World where I worked closely with other high level coaches as well as the MLB Players Association.

I graduated from Montverde Academy in 2007 where I help take the team to the FHSAA state finals class 2A in 2007 as team captain. I attended Lon Morris College in Jacksonville, TX where I had an amazing junior college baseball experience I was able to play first base and also relieve pitch. In 2008 I transferred to Alabama State University and finish my college career there playing at the NCAA D-1 level and graduated with a B.S. in Psychology. l also had the privilege to play semi pro baseball in Puerto Rico. I was letterman all 4 years in high school. Junior year at Montverde Academy batting avg. 444 and 23 RBI. Senior year batting avg. 268, 6 HR and 27 RBI.

The workouts vary according to client's needs, focus, wants, section time,and/ or specialty. Nevertheless, the clients are beneficial to proper baseball techniques and conducted with safety. In a nutshell, I start my workout with a warm up session (stretching, jogging, etc.); from there I move to physical conditioning (speed ladder, exercises, agility drills, arm strength, and etc.); next is defense (throwing, ground balls, fly balls, catcher drills, pitcher drills, fundamentals, reinforce techniques, and etc.); afterwards is offense (having a mental plan, hitting drills, tee work, soft toss, front toss, reinforcing of techniques, and etc.); and finishing with the cool down section (cool down drills while talking about skills learned, skills that were corrected and other improvements to be worked on a following lesson). As mentioned earlier, the workouts are client friendly.
