The workouts vary according to client's needs, focus, wants, section time,and/ or specialty. Nevertheless, the clients are beneficial to proper baseball techniques and conducted with safety. In a nutshell, I start my workout with a warm up session (stretching, jogging, etc.); from there I move to physical conditioning (speed ladder, exercises, agility drills, arm strength, and etc.); next is defense (throwing, ground balls, fly balls, catcher drills, pitcher drills, fundamentals, reinforce techniques, and etc.); afterwards is offense (having a mental plan, hitting drills, tee work, soft toss, front toss, reinforcing of techniques, and etc.); and finishing with the cool down section (cool down drills while talking about skills learned, skills that were corrected and other improvements to be worked on a following lesson). As mentioned earlier, the workouts are client friendly.
