About this pro

Experience, I was a a Strength and Conditioning Coach for 12 yrs with the NY Mets. Developing athleticism is the most important factor when trying to become a better player at your particular sport or when achieving your fitness goals. Developing athletes is my passion. Helping people achieve their goals is what I love to do.

See a person progress. I love watching a person's confidence build. I love seeing a frown turn into a smile once a person sees their first results. People sometimes come to me defensive and angry and once they see results they love coming to the gym. All the above is what makes me love what I do.

My sons improved physical condition from working with Ronnie Kenyatta helped to elevate his performance level in three different sports. Baseball, basketball and track. He thinks that much of his increased levels of strength, endurance and performance are directly attributable to the workouts done with Ronnie and their positive effects on his conditioning and confidence.

Our son has been using Ronnie's training services for almost 5 years. He is now almost 17 years old. He has seen great progress in overall strength, conditioning, flexibility and athleticism. He had a major surgical procedure in June 2017. Ronnie worked closely with us incorporating his physical therapy exercises into his training sessions. We had seen faster improvement with our son with Ronnie than his physical therapists. Ronnie took in upon himself to research our son's medical condition and adapt his training sessions accordingly. Utilizing Ronnie's services our son has made his High School Baseball team the past two seasons. Also, the RK Training app allowing us to stay in contact with Ronnie at any time and he provides physical and nutritional programs to be completed at home. Ronnie has not only been our son's trainer, but also his friend. We would HIGHLY recommend Ronnie Kenyatta's Training services to anyone.

Hello Nikki would you send this testimonial to these two links. I’d appreciate it. As a traveling nurse maintaining a consistent workout regimen can be challenging. Ronnie’s online training and meal plan designed for my particular health goals, made both working out and eating healthy meals a part of my life. He is a total “hands on “ trainer who will encourage and support you in being your best self.

I trained with my brother a Ronnie to improve my endurance's day mobility for my karate class. Thanks to his work I'm now on my way to testing for my black belt.
