Our training academy is structured around each individual players development.
I cater to athletes who are at beginner, intermediate and/or advanced levels. After the initial evaluation I develop a plan to assist you with your individual development. This leaves no excuse as to why the player should not develop

The first time we meet is an initial evalutaion. During this 1:15/30 session I assess the athlete in every area (footwork, agility, ball handling, shooting, passing, attitude etc.).
I give each area a number based on a 5 star scale. 1 being a beginner, 5 being an elite amatuer.

I got started at the request of some high school coaches that had some students they thought had potential but were underdeveloped. Those young people begin to develop and become dominant players over a two year span. The team went on to win a state championship after our first year of training.

I had a chance to develop a few young people the last year who were great athletes but underdeveloped basketball players. After 8 months of intense work 8 of the 20 i've trained this year have now recieved college offers from schools like Memphis, Alabama, Ga Tech etc.
Make sure they are serious when it comes to teaching the fundamentals every session and have a plan on how to assist you with getting to your next level.
