Coach Bri is a certified trainer and girls varsity basketball coach who works with clients in person and online. She has co-owned an indoor youth sports facility for nearly 5 years.
As a detail-oriented movement specialist, her primary focus is helping athletes level up by correcting functional movement patterns and improving performance.
Passionate about building functional muscle and movement patterns, confidence, and a knowledge of proper mechanics to minimize potential for injury. She has a unique structure that teaches clients how to build successful systems beyond simply setting goals. She teaches practical tools and mental mastery techniques to build athletes on the inside while they simultaneously improve their skills.
As the mother of a teen athlete, she also understand how important it is for parents to know their child is not only developing athletically and physically but also learning life skills like discipline, resilience, and self-belief.
Coach Bri finds joy in unlocking potential: teaching young athletes how to master their mindset--staying composed under pressure, and build confidence while remaining coachable.
She also specializes in supporting women on their fitness journeys, especially those navigating hormonal challenges. The approach is about more than physical results—it’s about creating lasting systems of growth. She won’t just set goals with clients; she’ll give them structured workout progressions, mindset strategies, and daily habits that build confidence and consistency long-term.
