I'm a certified personal trainer and have owned a youth sports facility for nearly 5 years.
I focus on helping young athletes and women grow stronger—both physically and mentally.
My passion is building functional muscle, confidence, and a knowledge of proper movement patterns to minimize potential for injury. I have a unique structure that teaches clients how to build successful systems beyond simply setting goals. I teach practical tools and mental mastery techniques to build athletes on the inside while we simultaneously improve our skills.
As the mother of a teen athlete myself, I understand how important it is for parents to know their child is not only developing athletically and physically but also learning life skills like discipline, resilience, and self-belief.
I find joy in unlocking potential: teaching young athletes how to master their mindset--staying composed under pressure, and build confidence while remaining coachable.
I also specialize in supporting women on their fitness journeys, especially those navigating hormonal challenges. My approach is about more than physical results—it’s about creating lasting systems of growth. I don’t just set goals with clients; I give them structured workout progressions, mindset strategies, and daily habits that build confidence and consistency long-term.

**I am also a certified nutritionist, however, I am not a dietician. Therefore I can give suggestions and offer information but I cannot offer diagnosis or medical food treatment plans, nor create meal plans. That being said, I am always happy to answer questions about food and supplements from an informational standpoint and to the best of my ability!
