Our mission is to educate, encourage, and empower young athletes to work hard in whatever they do. Our goal is to guide and prepare a student-athletes physically, mentally, and academically, through on-site intensive physical training programs, guidance, and mentoring. On the court, we scope out your strengths and weaknesses. We intend to guide you in identifying your unique abilities and capacity for growth. Off the court, we give you the tools you need to excel in the classroom, and in the world. Through our training programs, we aim to extensively prepare and support students, parents, and advanced athletes who are entering into collegiate or professional sports.
We offer free training clinics annually.
We enjoy the opportunity to empower and educate youth and parents to be prepared for competitive sports collegiately and professionally.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Mind and Body - offering a core group of training, we develop speed, ball handling, agility, conditioning & strength, shooting, drills and more. We provide a competitive advantage by way of the resources that we have cultivated over the years as players and coaches. Tailored sport-specific training program for skill level, age, and projected position. Periodic Skill Assessment and personal training session video provided to document development. SAT/ACT prep classes offered in the summer and fall for 9-12 grade students. Scouting/Video production and promotion offered to high school students in order to establish each athlete scholarship opportunities. Opportunity to play for a summer basketball program ages 14-17. We also offer basketball summer camps and clinics throughout the year.
