Polina is extremely patient and helpful, especially when it comes to explaining different techniques and approaches while painting. Thanks to her I started painting, although I have never thought I would be able to create something worthy of framing and putting it on the wall. During the pandemic times, we tried online classes with Polina for my girls, and they absolutely loved it. It worked very well for us as she was able to guide us online, and that was terrific. We look forward to our further lessons with her. Thank you Polina!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Introducing and finding the most interest in the direction of art.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started creating at the age of 5. Went to a children's art school and studied drawing anatomy and academy sculpting. Went to an art Univerity in Russia for the master's painting program and children education course. My favourite medium is watercolour.
How did you get started teaching?
I always wanted to teach art and I first started giving private and group art lessons since 2015.
What types of students have you worked with?
age 8 and up. Most of my students are age 25-80.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My recent event was on-line. I have a few students and our sessions are on-line.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
advise becoming better than your teacher one day.
