Lucas Uebel Soccer Training
About
I am a college soccer player and private soccer trainer with experience playing and coaching in both Brazil and the United States. I developed as a player in Brazil, including time with Grêmio Academy, and I have played 4 years of college soccer in the U.S. at a high level.
I also have an Associate degree in Exercise Science, which helps me combine technical soccer training with proper movement, agility, conditioning, and injury prevention.
I work with players of all ages and skill levels. My sessions are personalized based on each player’s position, goals, strengths, and areas that need improvement. Training can include first touch, passing, dribbling, 1v1 situations, shooting, defensive skills, agility, speed, soccer IQ, and position-specific work.
What I enjoy most is helping players become more confident and comfortable on the field. My goal is not only to improve technique, but also to help players understand the game and perform better in real situations.
My Brazilian soccer background, college playing experience, and Exercise Science education allow me to bring a different approach to training. I can also coach in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
