I enjoy working with young athletes. I have trained athletes in Canada, Australia, and the United States. I played college football at the University of Nevada Reno, I had 2 tryouts with the Seattle Seahawks, before heading north to the CFL, the Canadian Football League. I had the privilege of playing 8 years in the CFL. After retirement I started training young High School players in Canada for over 9 years. Several of those players went on to play college and professionally. I moved to Australia 2012 were I trained Rugby players Tennis, and Basketball players for 7 years. I believe in all young athletes, and have proven with proper training and attitude, that young athletes will accomplish their goals, and dream, and there is no reason you can't have fun doing it.

    Frequently asked questions

I develop my athletes in proper skill development by using the Long Term Athletic Development Model. I do a complete evaluation on were the athlete are in his or her skill set, and work to improve there ability and movement for their sport.

I am NFHS Certified Level 2 High School Coach.

I charge $25 dollars for 30 minutes of training. I recommend 2 to 3 days a week for most athletes. I understand if some athletes only want 1 day a week and that is still perfectly ok.

I believed there was a need for athletic development after retiring from football. If only I had someone showing me how to train and development when I was young, it would have been very helpful early in my career. I studied and took courses to be a better athlete and trainer, and to share this knowledge with young athletes.

I have worked with students in 3 different countries,  and over 40 schools.

I was coaching a young Tball teams in Hawaii and a Sports Director for a well known Sports Organization.

Just make sure they are qualified, and committed to helping you achieve your goals.

Students should be open and honest, and ask what comes to mind.
