Body&Brain is based on Korean Healing philosophies and Asian Ki (Chi) energy principles. It is not Indian, Tibetan or Thai style yoga.
We focus less on form and more on feeling, establishing a mind/body connection with gentle, natural movement, stretching, breathing, and meditation.
Our exercises are designed to also enhance brain functions, to slow down aging of the mind and body. Our members report significant increases in their energy levels, focus, and quality of sleep, along with decreased stress and tension.
Everything! Taking care of our members is our greatest joy that cannot be conveyed into words.

The first visit consists a 30 minute orientation - prior to class - where we go over the basics of what we do and what they can look forward to in class.
There's an optional indepth diagnostic assessment we offer for $25 where we test the individual's abilities of balance, flexibility, and breathing, then come up with specific training they focus on when not in class. Excellent for people who have limited mobility, chronic pain, or want an energy checkup.
Energy principles based on Chakra and meridian openings, as well as brain/gut connections.

We also offer Wellness in the Workplace, where we bring the training to you and your coworkers.
