About this pro

If you are committed to living your best life, one free from pain and medications, your necessary tools are learning how your body works, building a solid foundation of knowledge and developing a strong mindset. This require awareness and understanding of three things:

Your Posture

Your Digestion

Your Mindset

No matter if your goal is to Reclaim, Reinvent or Rehab your body, you must start with a strong foundation, which is your posture. Assess and correct misalignment by reeducating the body to reconnect with the mind. This requires the self awareness that is lacking and affecting ones health and progress.

It brings me great joy to help someone to have a better understanding of themselves and their body. This deep understanding will give you the freedom to pursue your goals and dreams. Life is no longer fun when you are in pain or unable to move efficiently.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Typical process always starts with building a stronge foundation to  maximize results and prevent injury. Educating clients about the importance of being structurally fit and biomechanically fit,  so that they can be physically fit.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I specialize in posture and corrective movement.  I have a unique way of explaining and breaking down information and movement so that students can fully understand their own body and be  self-sufficient.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

$90-125 per session for hone training depends on the package purchase

*$10 charge for travel outside of Honolulu

How did you get started teaching?

please read my story on my website

What types of students have you worked with?

ages 7-96

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Personal Training is a commitment of your time. When considering a personal trainer, it's important to figure out your goals and research trainers you want to work with. Your trainer should have similar philosophies and values you want to follow along with having the skills, understanding, and support to really help you.

After reviewing my website and if you feel I am the right fit. I would recommend setting up an appointment for a 30 minutes free consultation to discuss your goals, address your challenges and concerns.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Am I ready to make some changes?

If so, am I interested or committed?
