My sessions help in a magnitude of ways, it helps students with better body awareness, improve better cognitive functioning, feeling better and increased mobility. I’ve helped people work underused muscle groups, which in turn helped correct or strengthen their chronic pain from the root. I don’t guarantee myself as a one time fix solution, but more as a progressive lifestyle assistant with the work I’m able to help clients work through. As I assist in conscientious alignment, adjustments, beeathwork for students, clients and work, the rewards feel endless.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Every student & case is a little different.

I first try to understand needs, intention and temperature of whom I might take on as a student.

I normally have a series of questions or send an online intake form to better understand what might be going on and understand which methodology I should apply to help becom most effective.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I grew up as an Athlete and tried many sports. I was mostly kept in swimming growing up and would thoroughly enjoy stretching between practices and meets. I found that when I paired the stretching with self massage, I would recover from muscular fatigue faster & significantly reduce the tension I carried with me. Through my actions, I also helped other friends and family through either pain(s). As I got older, I picked up Volleyball and Water Polo which helps contribute to a hightened level of body awareness and mobility. This meant that stretching was vital between practice and conditioning. When I was later introduced to yoga, i knew it was a gateway to what I wanted to pickup to teach. I got my first 200hr RYT certification through Power Yoga Hawaii, with a big thanks to Yoga Hawaii Magazine In 2016. Two years later, I underwent my second 200hr RYT training with Shy Sayar. Between it all, I’ve taken numerous classes from excellent & worldly teachers annually at Wanderlust & throughout the year. I’ve undergone anatomy workshops with names such as Tom Myers, Leslie Kaminoff, Anthony Crisco (the Fascinator). I’ve trained privately with other healers and bodyworkers and apply a variety of modalities when I help clients/students.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

For the work that I do, I’ve been told I should be charging a lot more.

As much as I’d love to charge $5000 for a session, I work with peoples budgets so they can afford continually seeking help.
