We offer signature outdoor yoga classes in Waikiki. Connect to mama earth ~ our ʻāina, deepen your body and mind awareness, and meet like-minded yoga lovers.
We are beyond grateful to share the love of yoga with our students as well as our exciting special events that will leave you feeling balanced, happy and fulfilled. We offer various class formats such as: Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Yoga, Mindful Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga and Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga.
Being able to serve people and help them connect to their true essence, relax their minds and feel their bodies. Yoga can be a gift of healing, and we are grateful to be sharing this gift with our students.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Chat and get to know the student to learn and be able to understand their needs and honor their wishes. Once I understand the student's condition (body pains, aches, discomfort or mind/ anxieties) we can work together to customize classes to achieve overall health and wellbeing through the practice of yoga and mindfulness.

Group classes:
Drop-in = $17
5 classes = $65
10 classes = $100
Private classes start at $40 per person. Semi-private classes and class memberships are avilable.
How did you get started teaching?
I started practicing yoga in 2010 and dreamed about teaching it one day. In 2017 I completed my yoga teacher training in India and began teaching soon after. I taught in Spain for 3 years before relocating to Hawaii where I have been teaching for almost 3 years now. In the meantime, I undertook additional training in Yin Yoga and Postnatal & Prenatal Yoga.
What types of students have you worked with?
Pregnant students, students with low back pain or scoliosis, people with anxiety, and high-stress life.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
To make sure the teachers qualify for what the students need, hop on a call and chat together to see if there is a nice connection and the teacher is a good fit.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What is their current condition (if any) and how the teacher can help, ask about qualifications, teaching experience, pricing and availabilty.
