I started teaching Yoga in 1972; stable relationships, Peace Making a part of our everyday lives. We live by kindness. "Blessed are the gentle, for they shall inherit the Earth." Meditation is stilling the spinning thoughts.

Donations excepted for class. However, Friday morning class is $50 for 5 classes or $15/class.
