Christmas, New Year 2017--being with the family and Yoga students, and friends.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Look for a teacher you like.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Watch, observe, understand, be aware, be mindful; follow instructions, be safe; drink water, eat natural and exercise. Ask away, that is one way to learn.
