Hey, I am Josh Caceres. I have currently being giving lessons since 2015 in the Chicagoland area and have coached in a few orginizations since that time. I have give hundreds of lessons in that time frame. I am currently a senior at Trinity Christian College where I am the starting catcher and have recieved all conference and all region honors for my performance. I give lessons out my facility in Bensonville, Illinois where we are equipped with top of the line eqiupment from ball and bat trainers to Rapsodo hitting tech. I used conventional and unconventional methods to bring the best out of each individual athlete and meet them where they are at in their development.
Josh is one of the best coaches I’ve ever seen with children, knows exactly how to relate and use tools that a child can understand
I usually go through a baseline testing with the students to eveulate their mobility within baseball like movements. I try to work from the ground up. Most problems in swings or throws are usually related to mobility and strength in the lower half of the athlete. Systemic breakdowns usually arise in places that are not apparent to the novice.
I go 70/HR and 35/Half hour
I started teaching when I was in High School to learn more about myself while teaching other kids.
