My Dad Bob Barron Sr. is in the Men's National Fast Pitch Softball Hall of Fame. He has taught me how to play this game right.

Training a student who is raw & with hard work applying my drills & watching them improve & become a confident player.

Playing the game I understand what these young people feel about the struggles and the joys of the game. Also I know how to motivate and build confidence. If they can handle the game of baseball and softball then they can handle all the things life throws at them.

He was very focused on the needs of our player, their accountability and provided very specific guidance and challenges.

  • Gordon Simms

Very experienced and knows his baseball! He's the best trainer to have!

  • Heather Armstrong

He teaches everything there is to know about softball. Defensively, offensively, mental strength and strategies. The drills he teaches are fun and challenging and he is constantly looking to change things up so that his student is kept on their toes. He gives 100% in his teachings and expects the same from his students. The best and most knowledgeable coach I have ever trained with.

As his daughter, I may be a bit biased, but my Dad taught my sister and I so much about the game since such a young age. His drills were always far more advanced than those we used while playing for our high school and college teams. This is largely due to my Dad’s vast knowledge of both sports from all his high-level experience in pro minor league baseball and men’s fastpitch softball. Even now, after many years past his competitive days, my dad is still a student of the game and constantly learning and reinventing his trade.
