Jodi Taylor Flute Lessons

I have over 25 years of experience teaching flute players of all ages and abilities. I assess the student's goals and work diligently to help the student achieve them with many different ways of approaching playing issues. I take a personal interest in all of my students and am dedicated to meeting their needs.

I have a BM from the University of Kentucky, an MM from DePaul University and my main teachers have been Gordon Cole, Robert Pritchard, Donald Peck, and Mary Stolper. I have performed with the Civic Orchestra of Chicago, the Rockford Symphony Orchestra, the Elgin Symphony, and the Elmhurst Symphony where I currently play 2nd flute.

I am a member of the NFA and the Chicago Flute Club and have been active in the Chicago Flute Club serving on the board as well as solo competition coordinator. Please feel free to contact me for more information.
