I enjoy the process of where they were when we first started to thst better progress and seeing the training working. I enjoy seeing the parents being satisfied and building a great relationship with the kids and building a community because of the interaction through the service.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Evaluating the new student and taking into consideration of what they want to work on and work towards. So once they are evaluated then they are given those results to be able to build that foundation to be able to working towards their goal better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education and training I have is that I been a coach and a mentor for about 10 years now. And I've been acquiring certifications to heighten my knowledge about my craft with training and coaching also. Have a mentor where I could go to for advice or information whenever I am stuck or dont have the Answers for my students.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing starts at a flat rate until we can work out a plan and schedule with the students to make sure that they can committ to the schedule then the discount comes in when the student brings new students to lesson their membership.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching when I discovered the lack of minority teachers and coaches in the profession. And when I discovered I had a gift for it and a passion for it and the kids

I've worked with very diverse students in my career thus far.

Broading my horizons with partnering with other organizations to be able to bring more quality and expertise to the organization plus learn myself how to do things better in my business also.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are comfortable and are being challenged so that you could seriously expand your potiental and become better than you were before you came to the teacher. Be knowledgable and have the awareness of seeing where improvements need to be made also.
