WellRoundedWarrior Strength And Mobility
About
My experiences to become a college baseball player taught me numerous lessons about how to train correctly, efficiently and safely. I also learned to be a ‘jack of all trades’ , teaching hitting, pitching, fielding, track form running, fly ball catching, juggling, meditation drills, yoga, single leg balance training and more! I currently work for a corporate fitness company called Life.Start and am a personal trainer for adults but am always open to all ages if the availability exists. Although I have my extensive baseball background and teaching experience with young athletes (the majority being 10-16yo), also 3 years teaching special needs children, I have now transferred over to adult clients looking to either gain muscle, lose body fat or simply just feel good in their body’s. I am an avid rock climber and encourager of safe barefoot work outs to strengthen your foundation from the bottom up. I also specialize in kids with autism and training dogs regardless of size. I would love to help you meet your goals and show you not only what you are capable of but also how to drastically improve your life by opening up your mobility to simply just feel good. I hope to talk to you soon!
