There is something so freeing about painting abstractly. This freedom makes my head and heart get along. Things are better when I create. Being able to share how to enjoy abstraction broadens the therapy - with each new canvas!

First we get to know one another which makes it possible to build trust.

I am self taught for the most part.

I have taught various classes throughout my life including piano lessons and personal development classes for girls.

Ages 9 through 13 primarily, but I've also worked with some adults.

You need to be able to have fun together.
