As a high school student, I love being connected with younger kids and helping them with their work because I can relate to them and the struggles theyŕe going through. Unlike other tutors, I don ́t give students even more work to stress them out more, I help them with the homework that they receive from their teachers when their teachers cannot/won ́t help.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start by talking to new students by asking them different questions about the classes theyŕe in and their hardest and easiest subjects to understand how I can help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I´ve tutored kids since I was in 5th grade and I´m advanced in school now taking 10th grade classes as an 8th grader and I´m on track to graduate high school a year early.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My standard pricing is generally negotiable but the minimum pay is $9 an hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching from being a student teacher in 7th grade for choir and I´ve loved it ever since.
What types of students have you worked with?
I´ve worked with kids in my grade, younger than me, and older than me. The main importance is the classes that you´re in rather than your age. I have tutored a 15 year old when I was 13 in Algebra.
