What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Assess their skill sets and go from there. I have a program and step by step process with hitting and pitching with take home drills to do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played 4 years of collegiate baseball and took 4 years of sports exercise in class.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
i typically do 45$ per lesson however am willing to talk about a price of need be. I really just want to help kids better themselves on and off the field.
How did you get started teaching?
I got started from the love of baseball. It brought me to start coaching and teaching the mechanics of the game to better athletes on and off the field.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with athletes ages 8-18 from all different skill sets.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
of my 20 athletes I give lessons to, 4 of which play for the team I coach and all are currently batting above .300 on the season.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone that pushes you to be better but is capable of building your confidence. Confidence is the biggest part of baseball and if you can get confidence from someone it will build in yourself.
