About this pro

I teach more than just pitching. I have a Throwing program, increases velocity, mechanics, strength and condition and arm care. I've have clients that have gain 10 mph of fastball over a two year stretch. I teach more than a normal instructor as well as give players workouts and things to do at home. I help improve pitching control and body control for balance. As well as work off speed pitches.

I enjoy seeing the process of the learning and seeing the clients make strides. Love seeing a Client gain confidence as well as skill in the matter of days or week.

His ability to have a relationship with my son and his teaching style was very positive and can do spirt. Also his knowledge of how to teach pitching in a progressive way.

My son had never thought about pitching before meeting Lonnie. Lonnie not only gave him the confidence, but he taught everything he needed to know from techniques and mechanics to the physical and mental preparation needed to be successful. He has improved his velocity and endurance on the mound. We are very happy with what he has been able to accomplish under Lonnie's tutelage. I would recommend him to new pitchers and those who have pitched no matter what level.

Coach Lonnie is the best in the business. Since my boys started with coach Lonnie he has taken them to another level.

First day is about seeing where the student is, as far as skill and machanics. And after that I would know where to start with the student. Every student is different.

Detroit Tigers draft pick, 4 years of college, Lynn University, Maplewood Jc, New Mexico jc. As well as proball experience with Tucson toros, Joliet Jack hammers, Elpaso Diablos.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

$70 per session but if really want to get better and work. I have package plans as well.

How did you get started teaching?

Started teaching my nephews and notice the progress. And the  Dominance of the both of them on the Pitcher mound. Notice the arm strength and velocity increase. So I decided to share my knowledge. And mold students into the best possible pitcher.
