It depend on  the student.lWhat skill work he or she has and what needs to be corrected. Every session we start with foot work gets the blood moving and challenges the student mental.

All the training I have is from being mentored by the greats! Dorothy Gaters, kimya Murray and Tim Anderson. They have showed me so much. I am still a student I learn by watching the students and seeing where they struggle at.

I love the game of basketball. My daughter just started playing. One day I was working her out and other kids wanted me to start working them out. My love for the game pushed me in this direction and that's to help students get to the next level

I have worked with college students. Professional women players. And kids from ages 5 and up.

West haven safe summer. It gives student athletes a platform to play over the summer. Men, Women, grade school and college. For those 5 hours our kids are not in the streets! They are doing what they love!
