Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will send you a file with some questions about your habits, practices, routines, expectactions, and health issues or concerns. In this way I will know in what areas I need to focus with you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-200 hrs certification in Yoga & Biomechanics
-Workshops and masterclass in Egypt, Peru, USA and Ecuador with national and international teachers.
-Choreographer for a TV Reality
-Dance teacher
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
It varies depending if it is a groupal or individual lesson, and the amount of classes you plan to take.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you hire a teacher that understand beyond the shape. A lot of people may see a "beautiful movement" but it has to be also "healthy". If a teacher does not understand the body in deep with it functions and reactions you can get hurt.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What are you objectives, goals, and expectations. What is MOTIVATING YOU to do this?
