What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first step begins with discovering the students goals. What are they trying to achieve? Better safety awareness, better marksmanship skills, a concealed carry license? We cater to the students goals.
Next we assess the students attitude, skills, training, gear, experiences, etc.
We the develop and execute a mutually agreed upon training plan unique to the individual.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an NRA certified Firearms Instructor as well as a Range Safety Officer and IDPA Safety Officer. I also hold a Concealed Carry training commission issued by the Illinois State Police Training Academy.
Currently, I am a competitive shooter and active in the Second Amendment arena. I served honorably as a US Army Infantry Platoon Leader and have many years of private security experience in providing armed personal security details. I have a PERC and Tan Card.
Hold a Master of Science Degree in Analytics from Loyola University and have been a corporate trainer in the financial, logistics, and security sectors.

I charge hourly for coaching and flat rate for concealed carry training.
