About
As an art teacher, I want my students to be capable and confident creative thinkers. I recognize, admire, and respect the ability of the artists I love to make art that’s fundamentally their own. I know it’s important to guide my students toward developing the skill set needed to do the same.
I appreciate connecting with students. Sharing my skills and experience to help students develop artist thinking skills. It allows them to see the big picture in a way they can easily follow independently.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$30-$50 per hour for private lessons. Pricing is based on the medium, level and detail of the lesson. $75 per hour for off site private lessons.
How did you get started teaching?
I was giving the opportunity to teach an after school program and from there it began for me. I also own an art gallery and have taught private classes to adults and instructed paint events. This was an introduction to teaching art as well.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide range of students from young children to adults. From urban to suburban backgrounds. All ethnicities and genders. I welcome all!
