We establish fitness baseline. Gradually improving over time.
Correct posture, stance, grip, aim, power.
Practice with a bucket of balls.

You will have to bring your own balls or pay extra if you prefer I bring the balls.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Try out a lesson to see if it a good fit for you. Don't commit to long contract before trying.
Don't be afraid to work hard and push yourself. Also let the instructor know if you are having trouble with anything.
