About

Through testing and individual evaluation you will be able to rate progress. We provide all-inclusive training under one roof: individual training, team practices, physical conditioning, jump training, sports massage therapy, nutrition and sports pyschology. We are NOT a club (they are designed to compliment a volleyball program). Our volleyball training classes emphasize individual player development.

    Bonnie is the best and KNOWS volleyball. My daughter has done private, small group lessons and clinics with NLA. She always has a positive experience. She has learned so much and greatly improved skill-wise. Bonnie teaches the right way to play volleyball in a positive, encouraging atmosphere. She helps kids fine tune techniques so it is done correctly. She challenges players and gets them to the next level. She also works on strength and conditioning with her players, developing overall health and fitness along with volleyball skills. I cant say enough about our experience with Bonnie and NLA. HIGHLY recommend!!

    I will do a written evaluation on each student and come up with a training game plan.  I offer drills and exercises to do at home and alot for time for discussions as well.
