Hi, my name is David Kay and I'm a NASM certified trainer who specializes in Basketball. I have been coaching and training for 12 years. I coach for All In Athletics based in Deerfeild. I specialize in Ball handling, shooting, and strength/conditioning. I played professionally in for 7years in places such as Mexico and Canada. I also still play in the ABA for the Windy City Groove.
I enjoy sharing watching young athletes reach there potential, with hard work and dedication.
