Founded in 1977, Tri-Cities Soccer Association, based in Saint Charles, Illinois, is dedicated to the development of youth through soccer. With a full-time professional coaching staff, TCSA offers a range of programs catering to all levels, from recreational to academy and classic travel programs. The organization is community-based, fostering strong relationships with local park districts, and is one of the largest independent youth soccer organizations in Northern Illinois. TCSA's mission is to instill character, community spirit, and a love for soccer, while promoting physical exercise, self-esteem, and teamwork.
