Soar High Basketball
About
Hello, I'm Jim Felton from Soar High Basketball. I've been a lover of the game of basketball for well over 20 yrs. By having experience on three levels, High school ( Senn High School), College (Benedict College, SC), and professionally (Mexico and France) I strive to develop young people into successful athletes and leaders with a passion for excellence by focusing on 5 core principles: competition, individual development, sportsmanship, respect, and hard work. The goal is to teach, develop, and offer youth players the opportunity to enhance their fundamental skills in the game of basketball while instilling confidence and values such as character, discipline, respect, and sportsmanship.

Having great communication with the student as well as acknowledging his/her goals and realistic expectations throughout our training.

I've coached and taught Student-Athletes for more than 10 years from elementary to high school. I also have over 15 of experience playing the game of basketball from the high school level to playing professionally within two continents, Mexico and Europe (France and Israel).
I'm currently a school teacher and a basketball coach and I've obtained The USA Basketball Coaching certification since 2020.
