Hello there my name is George. I myself, my 2 boys 10 and 11 are all products of my intense conditioning and training. I believe that conditioning your body to with stand any physical contact and loss of wind plays a major part in any sport you play. My kids have made the allstar teams for baseball and basketball for the last 5 years running, player of the league and 6th man award playing on the the same team together for both sports every year. 1 major reason they are able to out beat their opponents is by being in better physical shape. I work with them on agility, Ball Handling, lots of cardio, lifting ETC. My workout is a full body excercise that will have you in the best shape of your life at just a young age. No supplements involved. All natural physical workout. In 1 session we will work on Stretching first then Chest, Arms, Back, Obliques, AB's, legs, then stretch again . Lots and Lots of water. Cardio would be the final part of the workout . This will losen up your body completely after your workout. Can consist of running of the treadmill for 10 min., Shoot around drills or suicides. If you have the drive. I can help make you great.

I'm not that trainer that bark orders and expect you to do everything I say with no problem. I've come to findout when you as a trainer actually do the workout with the student you get better results. Especially with kids. If they see you doing it it kindof makes them want to do it also. They tend to want to get to your level. What i love most about training is seeing where the student starts versus the resuLts they get from training with me. I'll even attend games if needed to figureout what student needs the most work on.

    As I mentioned in my introduction; with anyone I train I start with conditioning first. The first few sessions will be very intense in the attempt to breakdown your body to rebuild it with muscle. When working out your eating habits can affect your body in many ways so I will study the students eating habits and give he or she tips on what they should eating to replenish, refuel and reenergize thier bodies. 

    My experience is my education and training. In my youth I played baseball, basketball and my uncle was a martial arts instructor so I took that with him as well. I also was apart of the Jesse White tumblers in Chicago, IL. As a teen I continued on with basketball I was on the gymnastics team until my Junior year. Junior year I enrolled in Millitary school for my last 2 years. There I played on the basketball team and learned my theory for being in better shape than my opponent. After high school I fought MMA Briefly, I got into free climbing and parkour living in AZ. Currently I trainmy kids and as a sort of hobbie helping kids become better in every aspect I can help them in. I'm in the best shape of my life. I workout regularly and hoop regularly  

    Full body + Skills Training $125 per session for 3.5 hours

    Full body session $75 for 2 hours

    Specific Workout $30 for 1 hour

    All skills training  $75 for 2 hours

    After training my kids it just became something I love to do. Developing youth to be what and where they want to be.

    A lot whom I've worked with thus far are adults and high school players 

    I would say if you want to be great don't go with someone thats going to go easy on you, You want someone tough but someone that cares not only about the training but the game and the perosn being trained. Someone that has kids that play is a huge plus for you as well. Money is not as important as my time. If you show up and you are not performing I will reinburst a partial payment and drop you as a client.
