Nancy is a miracle worker! I have trained with her for almost 14 years. Through super setting, matt Pilates, yoga, light weights & resistance bands & “joint friendly” cardio, she has not only made me look better at 45, than I did at 31, but also improved my balance, core stability and strength. She also happens to be excellent company & a pleasure to spend time with:-)!
