Yogi Barre aims create a safe place for people to be who they genuinely are, share their energy, and challenge and rise above their possibilities.
The program is comprised of a variety of classes for all fitness levels. The full body workouts are a blend of strength training, stretching and restorative exercises that transform your entire body. Be prepared to surprise yourself and exceed your expectations.
We designed the program with the thought that we are all different. Everyone comes in different shapes and sizes. We all come from different fitness backgrounds and levels. Every day we are going to feel different. No matter the case, we have wellness in mind and that is our focus. Feel strong, be inspired, have fun, and just BE. Never feel judged, only supported by others with a common goal.
You can expect to perform aerial inversions (upside down or hanging in the hammocks) in a Fly I, Fly II or Yogi Fly class. While we encourage and help you to get into the poses, we do not force you to go upside down. If you don't want to, we totally respect that ;) Modifications and variations provided in all classes.
