I understand how daunting picking up photography from scratch can be as I am a self-taught photographer, and I approach each lesson with that in mind. All those dials, buttons and numbers can be pretty intimidating but, don't worry. They'll be your best friends once you understand them.
Photography can be really exciting and dynamic, but it also brings a sense of peace and satisfaction other art forms haven't been able to provide me.
Photography is stimulating, therapeutic. The sense of presence and "hereness" when taking a photograph is without par.
